市场简介	阿尔及利亚是北非潜力最大、前景最广的市场。近年来阿尔及利亚经济发展迅速、GDP年增长率超过6%、并日益成为北非主要的欧洲贸易伙伴，其经济预算超过$320亿、拥有3400万人口，为投资合作的多样性奠定了坚实基础。阿尔及利亚尚未充分发挥其国内生产力（仅利用50%的潜能）、生产生活物资大多依赖进口，各种产品的需求量较大，市场潜力巨大。因有较充足的石油出口，阿尔及利亚外汇支付能力强、信用证信誉较好。 05年年底，阿政府对注册外贸公司做出新规定：取消注册资金在2000万第纳尔（约折合$25万）以下的外贸公司的进口权，这对正从事阿贸易的外贸公司可能带来一定影响，但对新进入市场的我国企业却是一个好消息：我们能接触到当地有实力的外贸公司、同时能够避免价格竞争。以往该地区主要进口商来自法国、土耳其，不少中国产品是通过这些国外渠道中转到当地市场。目前，阿尔及利亚正逐步成为我国出口企业开拓市场的首选目标。 2000年在阿从事贸易的华人屈指可数，但据阿驻华大使馆非正式数据，目前在阿的华人至少3万，从侧面说明了该地区贸易火热。开发难度：阿尔及利亚属于外汇管制国家；关税、增值税等进口税负重；办理海关清关手续麻烦。需和当地有实力的公司合作、采用多种支付方式、合理降低风险和进口成本。
