市场简介	哈萨克斯坦位于欧亚大陆交界处，总面积272.5万km2，与俄、乌兹别克斯坦、吉尔吉斯、土克曼斯坦、中国接攘，东西长3000km、南北长1700km，是全球第9大国、独联体第二大国，自然资源极为丰富。 1991年苏联解体后，哈于91年12月16日宣布独立。 21世纪以来，由于“石油美元”滚滚而来，哈政局稳定，经济持续发展，近5年一直保持在10%增长速度、居独联体国家之首，07年人均GDP已超过$6000，成为中亚最富有的国家。经济的增长刺激了对各类消费品的需求，而哈轻工业并不发达，主要依赖进口。据哈海关公布的统计数据，07年哈国与中国进出口贸易总额$91.5亿，比上年增长65.6%。其中哈对我出口$56.4亿、增长57.1%；自中国进口$35.1亿、增长81.9%。 07年中国是哈第二大贸易伙伴、第二大进口国、和第三大出口国。中国向哈主要出口：机电产品、家电纺织、轻工、食品、塑料制品、等商品。 07年，哈萨克斯坦汽车销量位居独联体地区第二位，由于该国经济增长，石油及汽油工业带来的滚滚财富，该国汽车千人拥有量增长至150辆，而且连续四年保持了销量增长50%的记录。 06年我向哈出口汽车6150辆，价值$1.87亿。出口的各种类型的汽车中，货运机动车辆数量最大，其次分别为客运机动车辆、载人机动车辆、特殊用途的机动车辆。目前，哈国汽车市场处于平稳发展的趋势。据统计，07年哈萨克斯坦汽车销售量将上涨45%-55%，官方经销商将销售27000辆汽车。哈国约有汽车维修站3000家，哈萨克斯坦汽车配件市场的年销量约$24亿美元，年增幅接近20%，到2015年哈萨克斯坦汽车数量将达到400万辆，而汽车维修市场的容量接近$10亿。在哈萨克斯坦，汽车原装配件对于使用3年以上汽车的车主并不具有吸引力，他们的注意力已逐步由原装配件转向价格便宜的非原装配件。汽车配件商店和很多其他商品的销售商一样，按照“灰色线路图”从德、意、中、阿、波兰、土耳其等国家进口各种汽车配件产品，这类汽车配件虽很便宜，但无质量保障。汽配行业是哈萨克斯坦有待发展的市场，潜力非常巨大！
